Products on the ContentLink Service. To the extent that you have selected to activate the Products in your Kontera Publisher Center profile, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the modifications to the Agreement with respect to such Products. For purposes of this Addendum, the term “ContentLink Service” shall mean Kontera’s platform for providing advertising services via the JavaScript Tag
(i) to analyze Publisher Website pages to determine topics or keyword phrases to match and serves relevant sponsored advertising within the text of such Publisher Website pages accessed by any device
(ii) to Publisher Websites designed for network enabled mobile and/or handheld devices (including but not limited to cellular and smart phones) to serve various forms of advertising on Publisher Websites (which may include mobile “apps”) visited or accessed by such network enabled mobile devices.
(iii) to implement social advertising toolbar platforms . For the avoidance of doubt, “Products” as used herein shall mean, collectively, the In-text Products, Mobile Products, and the Social Bar. On all Publisher Websites, Publisher will ensure that Kontera is the exclusive source of any advertising service offerings that are or may be similar to those that Kontera may enable via the ContentLink Service, including, without limitation toolbar-based platforms designed to display advertising while connecting visitors to social networks and media platforms, as deployed by the Social Bar.
(ii) to Publisher Websites designed for network enabled mobile and/or handheld devices (including but not limited to cellular and smart phones) to serve various forms of advertising on Publisher Websites (which may include mobile “apps”) visited or accessed by such network enabled mobile devices.
