latest Update: President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday to speed up the unloading and transport of urea from other parts of the country which currently imports blocked at the port of Gwadar. The President directs the National Fertilizer Marketing Limited (NFML) to accelerate the process of transmission and distribution of urea, while ensuring the transparency of the distribution mechanism. Stressed at a meeting held here at Bilawal House, the President of the problem of availability of fertilizer in remote areas and to control price increases, save the cattle from the effects of extreme weather conditions imported. The meeting was held to have the current situation with respect to urea and the price of rice, where he reported that so far imported 700,000 tons of urea in the port of Gwadar and reached 480 000 to discuss tonnes were unloaded.

He noted that every effort should be made to operational constraints adverse change in time was probably imported to solve damage to the fertilizer into the harbor.
It was also reported that the Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) support for the transport of urea to 0.2 MT NFML transportation costs and other corporate formalities required by the NFML provided.

ISLMABAD:over 95 percent taxpayers have successfuLLy field sales tax returns for the tax periods of    july and august 2011.sources told business recorder here on friday that a very small percentage taxpayers have notyet faild their returns for these tax periods and FBR extended an oppertunity to those taxpayerswho could not file the return due to some technicall reason of the efilling system .In this,conction the FBR has issued elctronic intimations notices to the non fillers of sales tax returns and advised them to send thier problems at that those taxpayers who will communicat problem of e-filing on theabove refferd email  address will not be charged any penatly of late filling if they do up tooctober 21,2011. this last oppertunity to file the return after launching of newly introduced sales tex  returns by the FBR starting from this financial year has been offered by the FBR after resolving all the known know problems in the e-filing system.sources siad that now taxpayers have stated filing returns for tax periods of july and August 2011,without facing any problem and returns for this month will be filed in a timely mannerThe return filing date of sales tax is 15th of every month and those taxpayers who make any tax  payment can file the return within three days after 15th of the month.
